When creating this project, we were inspired by allusions to nautical surfaces. The space can be divided into two parts. The first half of the room is the smooth and streamlined surface of a minimalistic marine reef, with raised wavy textured surfaces, similar to the patterns that water leaves on the sandy sea bottom. The marine space of the reef opens up and allows us to see the second world – a contrasting, warm, wooden world.
